1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Akari Labs for the use of Spill at heyspill.com. By using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. What the service is
Spill is an online application that uses artificial intelligence to analyse content you submit and to generate text, images and conversations on screen. Everything it produces is for entertainment and general information only. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial, relationship or astrological advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, involves minors, or that you do not have permission to share. We may refuse, remove or decline to process any content. You grant us the rights needed to process your content to provide the service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, access it in unauthorised ways, use it to harm or harass anyone, or use automated tools against it. We may suspend or end access for any breach.
6. Payments and credits
Some features are paid. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time. Payments are one-time purchases processed by our payment partner. Purchases are delivered as credits or access inside the service and are linked to the mobile number you enter. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire.

8. Intellectual property
The service, its design and its content (other than content you submit) belong to Akari Labs or its licensors. You may use results generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. No guarantees
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, that the service is uninterrupted, or that it meets your expectations. AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Akari Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase concerned.
11. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or end the service or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
