Refund Policy

1. Digital purchases

Purchases on Spill are one-time digital purchases delivered instantly as credits or access inside the service. Because results are generated and shown immediately, purchases are generally not refundable once used.

2. When we refund

We refund a purchase when:

• you were charged but did not receive what you paid for, and we cannot deliver it;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• the law requires it.

Unused credits from a purchase may be refunded at our discretion.

3. How to ask

Write to support@heyspill.com within 7 days of the payment with the mobile number you used and the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 working days after approval.

4. Not covered

We do not refund because you disagree with or dislike a result, because a result was inaccurate, or because you changed your mind after a result was shown.
