This policy explains how Akari Labs (“we”) handles information when you use Spill at heyspill.com and any related services. By using Spill you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

We may collect information that you give us and information that is generated when you use the service, including:

• Content you choose to share, such as screenshots, photos, messages and answers to questions.
• Your mobile number, if you enter it, and the name or photo you add to your profile.
• Payment details handled by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, actions taken, device type, browser, approximate location and identifiers.

3. How we use it

We use information to provide and improve the service, to generate the results you ask for, to process payments and show you your purchases, to keep the service safe, to understand how it is used, to communicate with you, and to comply with law.

4. Artificial intelligence

Spill uses artificial intelligence. Content you submit may be processed by us and by service providers to produce your result. Results are generated automatically, are for entertainment and general information only, and may be inaccurate.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the service (for example hosting, AI processing, payments and analytics), with authorities where required by law, and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Keeping information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, to keep the service working for you, and as required by law. Some content may be removed automatically after a period of time.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information about you by writing to support@heyspill.com. We may need to verify your request. Some information may be kept where the law requires it.

8. Cookies and similar tools

We and our partners use cookies, local storage and similar tools to run the service, remember your choices and measure usage and advertising.

9. Children

Spill is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

For concerns about your information, write to our Grievance Officer at support@heyspill.com. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
